Landefeld Named President of One Call Care Diagnostics
One Call Care Management, a diagnostic testing provider for the workers’ compensation industry, announced the promotion of Pamela Landefeld to president of One Call Care Diagnostics.
In her new role, the industry veteran will lead product management and innovation and will contribute to the One Call leadership team’s vision and strategic planning.
Landefeld’s history with One Call began in 1993. Since then she has served in several executive leadership positions, most recently as senior vice president and Diagnostics National Product leader, and prior to that, in the role of vice president of National Sales and Account Management. During her tenure, she pioneered a consultative approach that leveraged data, analytics and unique partnerships to continually enhance quality and results, and was a driving force behind One Call’s more than 20 years of diagnostic management advancements for the workers’ compensation industry.
