One Call Care Management announced that Executive Chairman Dale Wolf will be assuming the additional role of president and chief executive officer, effective immediately.
Late last year, One Call announced the transition of Joe Delaney, then president and CEO, out of the business and began a search for a new CEO.
Wolf began his career at Travelers in the Employee Benefits and Pension businesses. He joined Coventry Healthcare in 1996 as CFO and became CEO in 2005. During his tenure at Coventry, the company grew from approximately $1 billion in revenue to $13 billion, while seamlessly integrating onto one technology platform over 20 acquisitions, as a low cost, highly efficient national provider of multiple products. He has also served on the boards of other notable healthcare companies, such as Molina Healthcare and Catalyst Health Solutions. Wolf, who joined the One Call Board in 2014, has been leading the management team since September of 2015 as full time executive chair.
Arch Reinsurance Company today announced that Jerome Halgan was promoted to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of Arch Reinsurance Company. Tim Olson will continue to serve as the Company’s Chairman.
In his new role, Halgan will assume responsibility for the overall management of Arch Reinsurance Company from its headquarters in Morristown, New Jersey.
Echelon Financial Holdings Inc., which operates in the property and casualty insurance industry in Canada and Europe, primarily focused on providing non-standard automobile insurance and other niche and specialty insurance products, announced that Steve Dobronyi has decided to step down as chief executive officer. He has agreed to remain with the Company until the annual general meeting on May 5, at which time, Serge Lavoie will be appointed chief executive officer.
Lavoie is currently president and chief executive officer of Echelon Insurance. Prior to that, he was a director of Echelon Insurance from May, 2014 to November, 2015. Until 2012, he was chief executive officer of Jevco Insurance Company.
Kemper Corporation announced that Denise I. Lynch is leaving her position as property & casualty group executive, effective immediately, to pursue opportunities outside of the company.
On an interim basis, Joseph W. Metz, Kemper Personal and Commercial Lines president, will partner with Joseph P. Lacher, Jr., Kemper’s president and chief executive officer, to lead the Property & Casualty segment. A search is underway for a new Property & Casualty Group executive.
Metz joined Kemper in November 2015, and he will report directly to Lacher in his interim role. The Property & Casualty segment includes the Kemper Personal and Commercial Lines, Kemper Specialty California and Alliance United businesses as well as Property & Casualty Group shared services.
