CLM Names Wisbey-Smith President and Pernie Head of Strategy and Operations
The Claims and Litigation Management Alliance named Susan Wisbey-Smith president and Tina Pernie head of strategy and operations.
Wisbey-Smith and Pernie have worked within the association, or its affiliate, The Institutes, in previous posts.
Wisbey-Smith began her insurance career after college, eventually taking on multiple leadership and management functions, ultimately taking on a chief communications officer role at CLM.
Pernie worked with CLM for seven years, serving in positions including chief operating officer.
Wisbey-Smith is set to start immediately and Pernie will start July 1.
CLM is a nonprofit association with a reported membership of more than 50,000 professionals working in claims resolution and litigation management. The Institutes is an educational nonprofit established for the insurance industry.
