Rivian Recalls Nearly 20,000 US Vehicles Over Toe Link
The automaker will replace the rear toe‑link bolts free of charge, NHTSA said.
Rivian was aware of only one single vehicle crash with minor injuries related to the toe link issue, the agency added.
In 2025, Rivian produced 42,284 vehicles and delivered 42,247 vehicles.
NHTSA disclosed last month that Rivian was recalling 34,824 electric delivery vans after finding that repeated misuse could damage the driver’s seat‑belt pretensioner cable, though the company said it was not aware of any related incidents or injuries.
