ACS Awarded BPO Contract Renewal with NCCI Holdings
Texas-based ACS, a provider of business process and information technology outsourcing solutions, has been awarded a business process outsourcing (BPO) contract renewal with NCCI Holdings, Inc., a provider of workers’ compensation insurance and employee injury data and statistics. ACS will continue as NCCI’s key BPO partner, handling the organization’s major administration and document management functions.
ACS (www.acs-inc.com) processes 65 different document types for NCCI, utilizing advanced technology systems, including its Storage Information Retrieval (SIR) servers where images are hosted for secure retrieval by NCCI. Among the BPO services ACS provides are mailroom, scanning, and data entry, as well as image storage and retrieval for workers’ compensation policy and related documents.
NCCI Holdings, Inc., a shared- services organization serving the workers’ compensation industry, offers a comprehensive array of products and services. These products and services enable insurers and other stakeholders to access and use workers’ compensation data to establish accurate loss costs, calculate experience rating modifications, manage residual market mechanisms, and reduce overall costs.
