Docucorp, Applied Systems Note Marketing Partnership
Dallas-based DocucorpĀ® International, a provider of enterprise information solutions, announced a marketing partnership with Applied Systems, Inc., a provider in insurance distribution systems.
Through this marketing alliance and lead referral relationship, the companies will provide insurers with a comprehensive, end-to-end business solution for efficient insurance sales and service.
“Docucorp’s Documaker policy production and correspondence solutions and Applied Systems’ Diamond policy administration system link together using state-of-the-art XML data exchange over messaging middleware. Together, the systems provide insurance customers with a flexible and cost-effective integrated solution,” said William Barry, senior vice president of Docucorp’s sales and marketing. “The customers are particularly excited about our remote XML to PDF document testing capabilities, which can greatly shorten the time and effort required to test document output. Our strategic partnership with Applied Systems underscores our commitment to provide enhanced product and service offerings to our insurance customers.”
“We are extremely pleased to enhance Diamond’s suite of carrier policy processing solutions by partnering with Docucorp. By offering our mutual customers a high quality, off-the-shelf interface to create, publish, and archive print information, we will further reduce implementation timeframes and improve return on investment for our Diamond users,” added Wayne Pardue, executive vice president of Applied Systems.
