ICT to Hold Workers’ Comp Symposium in Sept.
The Insurance Council of Texas (ICT) announced it will hold a workers compensation insurance symposium on Sept. 24 in Austin, Texas.
Presenters will speak on the following topics:
State of the Texas Workers Compensation System – Insurance Commissioner José Montemayor; Legislative Update – Richard Geiger; General Counsel of ICT; Regulatory Update – Joe Anderson; Burns, Anderson, Jury & Brenner; Judicial Decisions Impacting the Texas Workers Compensation System – Kevin McGillycuddy; Director of Workers Compensation; Parker Claims Services; Appeals Panel Decisions Update – Tom Lueders; Hearings Representative; Parker Claims Service; and Medical Benefits Update – Julie Shank; President, J Shank Consulting.
