FARA Promotes Fritch
Mandeville, La.-based FARA promoted Erica Fritch to the position of claims supervisor of the American Longshore Mutual Association unit, located in Metairie, La.
According to the company, Fritch joined FARA in 1993, working in various clerical positions in the FARA Baton Rouge branch office while attending Louisiana State University. In 1998 she began working as an adjuster in the Baton Rouge branch. Fritch has also worked as an adjuster in FARA offices located in Metairie, Pascagoula, Miss. and Louisville, Ken.
As claims supervisor, Fritch will share the supervision of the ALMA workers’ compensation claims with branch manager Will Scheffler. She will be responsible for the training of new adjusters.
“Erica possesses the enthusiasm, technical ability and vision to keep us on the cutting edge of our industry,” Scheffler said.
