Claimsnet Notes New Contract with Managed Care Group
Dallas-based Claimsnet.com inc., a provider of Internet-based ASP electronic claim processing solutions for the healthcare industry, announced that a non-profit, provider owned, managed care group has elected to use Claimsnet’s system and services.
The company, headquartered in Tennessee and sponsored by a regional medical center, has over 230 employees and over 2,000 participating providers in its network. As well, they provide wellness and disease management programs to help physicians provide the best quality of care to members.
The company will use Claimsnet’s Internet-based system and clearinghouse services to easily and accurately allow submission of health insurance claims from a wide array of providers throughout their network.
“We are very pleased to be working with this managed care group. Their requirements called for a flexible and cost-effective solution and we were able to accommodate their needs,” commented Don Crosbie, CEO of Claimsnet. “Implementation is now in process.”
