TDI Requests Feedback on Implementation of Financial Responsibilty Bill
The Texas Department of Insurance has issued a request for information regarding the implementation of Senate Bill 1670, as enacted by the 79th Texas Legislature, Regular Session.
SB 1670 calls for the establishment of a program for verification of whether owners of motor vehicles have established financial responsibility.
