DKI Hires Regional Operations Manager; Hefner Based in Dallas

Disaster Kleenup International Inc., a network of quality, independent property damage restoration contractors, has added to its team with the appointment of Bill Hefner as its new Regional claims manager. Hefner, who will be based in Dallas, will be responsible for working with the DKI’s national operations team to manage DKI’s claims programs.

Prior to joining DKI, Hefner was a field service representative with Paul Davis Restoration where he assisted in the development, implementation and management of various insurance company claims programs.

Earlier in his career he spent time with other players in the industry such as Triage, Alacrity and The PRISM Network. Hefner is IICRC-certified in water, fire, smoke and Applied Structural Drying.
