Texas Workers’ Comp Division Publishes Plan to Implement Reforms
The Texas Department of Insurance Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) announced it has published a Strategic Management Plan to define how the DWC will be organized and carry out reforms of the workers’ compensation system under House Bill 7 and other statutory requirements.
