Texas Work Comp Division Accepting Comment on Network Rules
The Texas Department of Insurance Division of Workers’ Compensation (TDI-DWC) is accepting public comment on proposed rules regarding notification to health care providers of contractual agreements with informal networks and voluntary networks, and reporting requirements.
The proposed rules may be viewed on the TDI Web site at www.tdi.state.tx.us/wc/rules/proposedrules/toc.html.
The deadline to submit public comments is Apr. 7, 2008, at 5 p.m.
