USI Southwest Adds Altenbaumer-Price in Dallas
Kara Altenbaumer-Price has joined USI Southwest in Dallas as director of Complex Claims and Consulting. Altenbaumer-Price comes to USI Southwest from the Corporate Compliance, Investigations and Defense group at Andrews Kurth LLP.
Altenbaumer-Price will work with Steve Campo, MPS Practice Leader, in the Management and Professional Services Department and focus primarily on public and pre-IPO private clients in managing complex claims and will consult with them on corporate governance and risk issues surrounding Directors and Officers liability and other executive liability coverages. She will also provide boardroom consulting and education, as well as law firm education, on best practices and procedures to avoid and handle claims, as well as insight into developing trends in securities litigation, regulatory issues and other claims.
Altenbaumer-Price’s experience includes representing clients in litigation, government investigations and internal investigations with a specialization in Securities and Exchange Commission and Department of Justice enforcement.
