Texas Issues More than $16K in Fines to Work Comp Participants
Texas regulators have issued fines of more than $16,000 to workers’ compensation health care providers and other stakeholders. Final disciplinary actions taken by the Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers’ Compensation (TDI-DWC) relate to violations of the state labor code and workers’ compensation rules.
