Texas-Based Granite and Marble Company Cited by OSHA
A health inspection of Delta Granite and Marble Inc.’s facility on Sable Lane, where employees fabricate marble and granite counter tops, resulted in citations for 10 serious and one other-than-serious violation, according to OSHA.
Proposed penalties total $42,000.
The company has 15 business days from receipt of the citations to comply, request an informal conference with OSHA, or contest the citations and penalties.
