Officers investigating a tip about stolen vehicles uncovered a possible chop shop operation in Harahan, La.
The Times-Picayune reports Harahan Police arrested one woman Tuesday and seized two vehicles believed to have been stolen from New Orleans.
Police Chief Mac Dickinson said the vehicles were outfitted with phony vehicle identification numbers.
