Lamborghini Driver in Texas Hits 2 Pedestrians

Police in Houston, Texas, say the driver of a recently acquired Lamborghini has been blamed for a wreck that left three people hurt.

Police say two pedestrians were struck by the sports car and someone in another vehicle hit by the Lamborghini suffered minor injuries early Monday.

Police say the driver says he bought the Lamborghini about a week ago and is still learning to operate the high-end vehicle. Police also say the driver did not appear to be under the influence of any substance and he stayed at the scene of the wreck outside a bar.

No charges were immediately filed. Further details on the accident, which left the front of the Lamborghini smashed, were not immediately available.
