Louisiana Police Cars Damaged in Chase
An early morning police chase of a pickup truck originally seen driving recklessly in a parking lot, ended up with several Lafayette, La., police cars damaged.
Police say the truck led police on a chase about 2:20 a.m. Monday.
During the chase the suspect’s truck struck multiple barricades. The barricades flew into the path of the police cars, striking them and causing damage.
Thirty-seven-year-old Clarence Boyd of Breaux bridge was arrested after his truck landed in a ditch.
Boyd was arrested and booked with eight different charges.
