Police Investigate Theft of Oklahoma Church Bell
Authorities are investigating after someone stole a 1,000-pound bell from an Enid, Okla., church.
The Enid News & Eagle reports that the cast-iron bell went missing in late November at the New Hope United Methodist Church. Police say the bell is 3 feet tall and 3 feet in diameter and was sitting in the northwest part of the church’s parking lot.
Authorities say the bell is worth about $10,000.
