Texas Family’s Car Stolen During Christmas Dinner
A Central Texas family is complaining about a visit from a Grinch of a thief while they were serving Christmas dinner.
The McLennan County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of a utility task vehicle parked outside a home in Axtell, northeast of Waco. Rick and Vicky Pavelka tell KWTX-TV that they were hosting a Christmas dinner for family when someone is believed to have come up to their backdoor and driven off with the UTV, valued at about $14,000.
The Pavelkas have searched for the UTV to no avail.
They are offering a $1,000 reward to anyone with information about the vehicle.
