Two years later Carthew joined the management team in the Tucson regional office as telephone claims representative manager in 2011. She received a promotion in 2012 before transferring to GEICO’s corporate headquarters in Chevy Chase, Md., to enter the company’s executive assistant program in 2013.
Upon completion of that program, Carthew was named manager of the Houston claims office, and liability director when that office moved to Katy in 2014.
