Co-operative Ins. Licenses AcroSoft’s Imaging and Workflow Solutions
Co-operative Insurance Companies of Middlebury, Vt, licensed Columbia, S.C.-based AcroSoft’s Imaging and Workflow solutions for its Claims Department as part of its commitment to provide members fast and fair claims service. The implementation of AcroSoft’s imaging and workflow in Co- operative’s Claims department will eliminate the need to pass paper documents from desk to desk and will dramatically improve efficiency and productivity.
Co-operative’s vice president of Information Technology, Ted Davis, said, “Companies have multiple means of communicating between agencies and the company as well as direct communications with insureds. AcroSoft provides a means for us to streamline the handling of documents whether they are received via paper, email, or the Internet. AcroSoft’s ease of use and extremely rapid implementation has great appeal to us.”
