Diversified Product Inspections Inc. Produces 17 Subrogation Seminars to Start 2004
Tennessee-based Diversified Product Inspections Inc. (www.dpi-inc.com), a provider of independent product failure analysis, air contamination and fire investigations for the insurance industry, has presented 17 Product Awareness and Subrogation Seminars for the insurance industry in January and February of 2004.
Warren Wankelman, vice president of marketing stated, “DPI presented 17 Product Awareness and Subrogation Seminars for our insurance company clients and selected restoration vendors during the first two months of 2004. An additional 14 seminars are already scheduled for March. These hands-on seminars, displaying actual product failures, are requested and attended by claims adjusters, claims managers, and subrogation departments of insurance companies from throughout the United States.
“During the seminars attendees are instructed on how to use DPI’s unique “Mail-In” program using UPS 2nd Day shipping service to ship failed products to DPI for forensic investigations and inspections. They are also shown examples of product failures and what to look for when conducting an on-site inspection of a property claim loss. The insurance industry continues to emphasis subrogation as a way of recovering money paid out for property claims which improves their financial bottom lines. In 2003 DPI presented 117 seminars, which have proven the most effective method of marketing DPI’s core business of product liability investigations for our insurance industry clients.”
