eAutoclaims Reports Signing of Four New Clients
Florida-based eAutoclaims announced the signing of four new clients.
All of the new clients have executed pilot agreements, and three have been rolled out over the last 30 days. The fourth client will be rolled out later this month.
The new customers are running on eAutoclaims’ eJusterSuite Internet claims platform and processing their claims through the eAutoclaims’ national Guaranteed Repair Network (GRN). The GRN stretches nationwide and numbers more than 2,600 collision repair facilities. In addition, the new clients are also utilizing eAutoclaims’ national network of independent appraisers, the Appraisal Assignment Network (ANN).
Eric Seidel, president/CEO of eAutoclaims, commented, “We are pleased to start the summer off with the addition of these new accounts. This will assist the company in executing our plan to replace the business we lost from our largest client. As was announced last year, Royal & Sun Alliance sold half of their business last year in a transaction with Travelers, the other half will not be affected by the transaction. The company has recently begun to feel the effects of the business rolling off, which will be reflected in our April 30, 2004 10Q filing.”
The new accounts are predominately located in the Northeast, Southeast and the Midwest and come from the company’s direct sales channel. eAutoclaims recently announced a co-marketing agreement with ADP Claims Services and has established a Special Markets sales channel to service the agreement; the company expects to see much of its future growth from the new relationship.
However, eAutoclaims remains focused on building its direct channel and will continue to add new business.
