Crawford & Co. Tabs Pratt as VP for Carrier Relations
Robert Kulbick, senior vice president of Atlanta-based Crawford & Company Risk Management Services, announced that Stephen Pratt has been named vice president of Carrier Relations, Quality, and Technical Claims.
In his new role, Pratt will be responsible for establishing policies and
procedures related to handling workers’ compensation and liability claims. He will also serve as the focal point of contact for all carrier interfaces.
Pratt comes to Crawford from Sequoia Insurance Company in Monterey, Calif., where he served as director of workers’ comp. Previous experience also includes serving as senior vice president of national claims for the Zenith Insurance Company, and vice president of workers’ comp claims for The Hartford Insurance Group.
