Hicks to Direct Harleysville’s Nashville Claims Service Center
Anna M. Hicks has been named assistant vice president of Harleysville Insurance’s Southeast claims service center. In this new role, she is responsible for directing all activities of the claims center, which is located in Nashville, Tenn.
Prior to joining Harleysville, Hicks was assistant vice president of life/long-term care for CNA Insurance. During her 22 years at CNA she has also held the positions of assistant vice president of workers compensation and general liability; assistant vice president of customer service, in which she served as a liaison between various underwriting branches and the claims service center; and claims supervisor. In all, she has 27 years of insurance industry experience.
Harleysville Insurance is a regional provider of insurance products and services for small and mid-sized businesses, as well as for individuals. It distributes its products exclusively through independent insurance agencies.
