Orlando Attorney Elected President of Windstorm Insurance Group
Attorney Janice A. Kelly was recently elected as the 2007- 2008 president of the Windstorm Insurance Network, Inc., a non-profit organization comprised of almost 1,000 individuals and groups interested in windstorm-related insurance and claims services.
Kelly was elected at the organization’s annual meeting at the 2007 Windstorm Insurance Conference held in Tampa in February.
Kelly is a partner with the law firm of Boehm, Brown, Fischer, Harwood, Kelly & Scheihing, P.A. in Orlando, Fla., where she concentrates her practice in the areas of insurance coverage disputes, general property cases (including arson or fraud issues, windstorm, theft, sinkhole, water loss and mold, construction litigation and environmental matters), and bad faith litigation.
