Tennessee Officials Investigating Arson Case at Memphis Nightclub
Authorities say a fire was intentionally set overnight at a Memphis, Tenn. nightclub.
Tennessee Highway Patrol officers noticed smoke coming from Club Envy around 2:30 a.m. Monday. Firefighters put out the fire, but not before the club suffered $200,000 in structural damage.
Investigators say the building did not have a working sprinkler system and the fire was likely set in the DJ booth and near the billiard room.
No one was injured and there are no suspects or witnesses to the fire.
