Blaze Reduces $1 Million Florida Yacht to Complete Loss
A million-dollar yacht that went up in flames over the weekend off Key Biscayne is “a complete loss.”
The 56-foot boat erupted in flames Sunday morning south of Key Biscayne. Four people were aboard, but they were rescued without injury.
A Miami Fire Rescue spokesman says the blaze was put out, but not in time to salvage the boat.
The cause is under investigation.
