Kentucky Insurance Officials Assist Murfreesboro Storm Victims
Kentucky insurance officials are moving to assist victims of recent severe storms in the Murfreesboro area.
The Insurance Division of the Department of Commerce and Insurance is setting up a temporary consumer center in Murfreesboro to help residents affected by recent storms there.
Insurance Commissioner Leslie A. Newman said employees will be on location to help make sure residents’ storms-related insurance issues are being addressed.
From 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. on April 21, 23, 28 and 30, they will be at the Rutherford County Emergency Management Agency on 1221 West College St.
