Mississippi Man Accused in 3 Arsons
Authorities have arrested a Durant man accused of setting three fires in Holmes County.
According to the Mississippi Insurance Department, 41-year-old Bruce S. Harrell faces six counts of arson in connection with the fires, which destroyed $460,000 worth of property. The property included a city building and vehicle.
The state Fire Marshal’s Office and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives assisted Holmes County authorities in the investigation that led to Harrell’s arrest.
