Georgia Accident Injured Four Workers
Georgia Fire Department officials say four people have suffered injuries after a scissor lift fell Thursday.
There were few details early Thursday afternoon. At least one person was airlifted to an Atlanta-area hospital and another transported by ambulance to a local hospital.
Fire officials say it happened on GENCO Declaration Drive in McDonough, though they can’t say just yet how it happened.
Atlanta-area TV stations reported the device — which resembles a platform on a rising lift — tipped over. Authorities are investigating.
