Businessman Says Camera Could Ease Storm Disputes
A businessman and his partners in Mississippi say waterproof, windproof video cameras, mounted on utility poles could help ease the filing and awarding of insurance claims.
Darrell Jones says the system he’s been working on for years would record damage as it happens and provide visual evidence in cases where there is a question of whether the harm was done by wind or water.
Jones tells WLOX television that he and his partners are meeting with city officials across the coast about the project.
