SDII Global Appoints David Howard CEO
Tampa, Fla.-based SDII Global Corporation, a 24-year old forensic engineering firm servicing the Southeastern and Northeastern United States, named David M. Howard as chief executive officer effective October 8, 2013.
Howard brings over 25 years of leadership and insurance experience to SDII, having most recently served as chief operating officer for AmRisc, LP of Houston, Texas.
Prior to his executive role with AmRisc, LP, Howard served as president and CEO of Edison Insurance Group, LLC, which he formed in 2005 and later sold in 2010. He is the former chairman, president and CEO of Insurance Management Solutions Group (IMSG). He also served as a senior VP of Bankers Insurance Group and president of Bankers Insurance Services, Inc.
Howard has been active in industry organizations and is a former member of the Council of Company Executive Officers of the PIA and former secretary of National Flood Determination Association.
