Managing Mold Liabilities Conference Slated for Aug. 26-27

The Annual Managing Mold Liabilities Conference From Construction through Trial will be held Aug. 26-27 at the Hyatt Regency in Irvine, Calif.

The program goes in-depth into legal, scientific, risk management and trial strategies relating to management of mold. The program will include discussions about the latest news on mold, incorporating mold considerations into purchase, sale and lease agreements, insuring projects with mold coverage, mold in construction defect cases, broker’s right and responsibilities, mediation of mold claims and much more.

By addressing cutting edge issues, the program will help both the novice and experienced practitioner keep abreast of the most current developments.
