Nev. Dental Liability Rates to Increase
Nevada Insurance Commissioner Alice A. Molasky-Arman has approved revised rates for the National Dental Program insured by Continental Casualty Company.
The National Dental Program policies may include professional liability, general liability and property coverages. The company received approval to increase professional liability rates by 4 percent, general liability rates by 10 percent, and property rates by 13 percent. The total overall premium impact is an increase of 6.2 percent.
The new rates became effective on Aug. 15, 2003. The company has 345 policies in force in this program.
