Mitchell International Participates at NACE 2003

November 25, 2003

Despite an economic climate and difficult industry year that has seen several companies eliminate their participation at this year’s International Autobody Congress and Exposition (NACE) in December, San Diego-based Mitchell International, a provider of information and workflow solutions to the automotive insurance claims industry, announced its plans to continue its participation in the collision repair industry show.

Tony Aquila, president and COO of Mitchell International, said, “The
economy has not been strong in recent years, and this has prompted a number of industry participants, particularly the paint companies, to
reduce or eliminate their presence at NACE. This year, while Mitchell
will have a less prominent booth on the show floor, we will be there in
full force.”

Mitchell will have locations showcasing Mitchell’s information and workflow automation solutions, including Mitchell’s Collision/AutocheX (Booth 3433), and a Mitchell booth as part of the Claims Process Pavilion (CP147a/246b), as well as sponsoring The AutocheX CSI Premier Achiever Award.

In addition, Mitchell will also participate in three seminars at NACE:

– UltraMate: Tips and Techniques – Thursday, Dec. 4, 2003 1:30 p.m. – 3 p.m. David Lewis, customer educations manager ;

– Shop Financials: Where Do We Start? Thursday, Dec. 4, 2003, 1:30
p.m. – 4:30 p.m. – Dennis Kiyohara, V.P., founder of AutocheX and Joe Sanders, JL Sanders Inc;

– Automated Claims Processing Town Hall panel discussion, Dec. 5,
2003, 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. Ed Schrenk, vice president of Industry
Relations, and Dennis Kiyohara, vice president and founder of AutocheX, participating from Mitchell

Aquila added, “I want to reaffirm Mitchell’s continued full support for
NACE and the collision repair industry. We have long been a part of
NACE, and we continue to be a major sponsor for many industry
associations.”
