California Casualty, ProcessClaims Continue Partnership
ProcessClaims, a provider of business process automation, vendor management and data analytics, announced that California Casualty Management Company has renewed its partnership agreement for a third time with ProcessClaims. This new three-year agreement signifies a continuation of a reported mutually beneficial relationship first established in 2000.
“When the relationship was established in 2000 ProcessClaims had a single product that filled a niche within the auto appraisal process,” said Michael Lloyd, AVP Material Damage Manager at California Casualty. “Today ProcessClaims offers a highly configurable enterprise solution that provides value to our organization and extended vendors.”
“California Casualty has been a tremendous client for us; their input over the years has assisted greatly in the evolution of our solution.
