EPLI Seminar Set for July 15
A free Employment Practices Liability Insurance Seminar will be held Thursday, July 15, in Sacramento, Calif., at the Radisson Hotel Sacramento.
Richard Polizzi, president of Western Security Surplus, invites agents and brokers to the event. The hosts for the seminar will be WSS’ Northern California office and Shand Morahan. The topic is “How Many Ways Can an Employer be Sued by their Employees?” Attendees can increase their knowledge of EPLI giving them the confidence to SELL this fast growing, important product. Some of the issues covered include: Legal issues related to this product, How EPLI policy provisions respond to violations of employment law, Underwriting employment practices exposures and Evaluating the advantages and disadvantages of various EPLI policies.
Registration and a complimentary continental breakfast starts at 8 a.m. The actual seminar begins at 8:30 a.m. ending at 11:30 am. Attendees who complete the entire course # 95118 will earn 3 hours of CE Credits from the CA DOI.
