Esurance Inks Deal with ProcessClaims
California-based Esurance, a direct-to-consumer personal auto insurance company, has selected ProcessClaims to provide a
customized software management platform to support Esurance’s expanding claims organization.
Esurance reportedly believes that ProcessClaims’ ClaimsPort material damage management system will increase claims handling efficiency, decrease cycle time costs, and scale with Esurance’s rapid growth.
ProcessClaims’ ClaimsPort automates claims processing by configuring solutions to suit insurers’ specific business requirements. Automation focuses on areas of material damage to reduce loss adjustment expenses, increase efficiencies, and improve customer satisfaction. ProcessClaims’ open platform provides seamless connectivity to all partners involved in the claims process.
“Naturally, we’re extremely gratified that we were selected by Esurance after their extensive review of the marketplace,” Paul Farber, CEO of ProcessClaims, said. “Considering Esurance’s rapid growth, the company needs a technology provider that can quickly adapt to their business needs. This has proven to be one of ProcessClaims’ core strengths.”
