Portland’s Qmedtrix Names Stelzner, Kyle to Dispute Resolution Team
Portland-based Qmedtrix, a decision software firm specializing in medical bill review, has announced that Griff Stelzner has been named assistant vice president of Dispute Resolution. Milt Kyle is Qmedtrix’s new director of Dispute Resolution.
Stelzner, who previously served as Qmedtrix’s director of litigation, and Kyle, who was a Dispute Resolution hearing representative, spearheaded some of Qmedtrix’s most important legal victories over the last few years, according to Raffaele.
As expert witnesses, Stelzner and his team of hearing representatives have testified before California’s Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board in hundreds of lien cases defending payments made by Qmedtrix clients. Qmedtrix’s recommendations have reportedly been consistently upheld.
Before joining Qmedtrix, Stelzner was assistant claims manager at California’s State Compensation Insurance Fund (SCIF) for seven years and supervised a 22-member bill review department.
Kyle also joined Qmedtrix from SCIF, where he served for 11 years as a claims/lien resolution representative.
