Web site Helps Arizona Consumers Get Smart about Insurance
The Arizona Department of Insurance has introduced an online “university,” called Insure U, desiged for insurance consumers who want to learn more about insurance issues. Organized by life stages, the site offers basic information on four major insurance types: auto, home, life and health. Life stages include young singles, young families, established families and empty nesters/seniors. The site offers tips on how to avoid fake insurance company scams and visitors can test their knowledge with quiz sessions.
“Insurance policies are difficult to understand, but Insure U makes it easy to improve your level of understanding and learn more about insurance,” said Director of Insurance Christina Urias. It can be viewed at www.insureonline.org.
