Farmers Helps Thousands File Claims
Farmers Insurance Group of Companies is helping thousands of its customers file claims and begin returning their lives to normal. Farmers is trying to make it as easy as possible by offering mobile command centers and a Mobile Catastrophe Claims Bus to serve customers before they are allowed to return home.
The Farmers Claims Center Bus is located at the Westfield North County Mall, 200 E. Via Rancho Parkway, in Escondido, CA.
The Bus is a rolling customer support center equipped with top-of-the-line technology for immediate claims handling. It’s outfitted with some comforts of home such as a grill for on-the-spot meals.
Farmers Ins. and Foremost Ins. companies have four mobile claims centers for customers to file on-the-spot claims:
Goodwin’s Market, 24089 Lake Gregory Drive, Crestline, CA.
Falbrook Community Center, 341 Heald Lane, Falbrook, CA.
Farmers District Office in La Mesa, 8911 La Mesa Blvd, Suite 101, La Mesa, CA.
Rancho Bernardo Recreation Center, 18448 West Bernardo Drive, San Diego, CA.
Farmers has more than 400 claims adjusters in Southern California to assist victims of the fires. They advise any customers from San Diego to Los Angeles to immediately contact Farmers’ 24-hour claims hotline, 800-HelpPoint (800-435-7764) for immediate assistance. Foremost customers can call (800) 527-3907.
Farmers received more than 5,500 claims so far. Foremost received more than 900.
