Capital Insurance Launches CIG Mobile DRC Apps
Decision Research Corporation (DRC), a rating and policy processing software and services provider to the property/casualty insurance industry, announced that Capital Insurance has launched CIG Mobile which utilizes the company’s iPhone and Android mobile apps for GameChanger.
The flexibility in the app design allows Capital Insurance to integrate with their legacy Policy Administration System to launch CIG Mobile.
The CIG mobile app includes features to view vehicle coverage; display Auto ID Cards; request roadside assistance using CIG’s AutoCard 100 service; submit a FNOL (First Notice of Loss), including uploading photos, statements and other claims information; track the status of a claim and click to call a policy holder’s Independent CIG Insurance Advisor.
Dave Todd, CIO at Capital Insurance Group noted, “We are pleased to be able to offer our auto policyholders mobile access via iPhone and Android phones for 24×7 availability of their policy information. CIG Mobile makes it convenient and easy for our policyholders to connect with us, as well as enhances their overall experience.”
