Colorado Lumber Mill Fire Cause Identified
Fire investigators say electrical and mechanical problems caused a fire at Pleasant Lumber in Monte Vista, Colorado.
The fire began Thursday near electrical equipment on the second floor of the mill. Firefighters were able to keep the fire from spreading to lumber and sawdust outside the building.
Monte Vista Fire Chief Charles Archer tells the Alamosa Valley Courier the Colorado of Bureau of Investigation helped with the investigation.
