Hawaii Launches Mobile Insurance License Search
The Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs’ (DCCA) Insurance Division has launched a mobile device-compatible Insurance Licensing Search at https://insurance.ehawaii.gov/hils/.
The webpage is redesigned to be mobile-first responsive and accessible to individuals with an Internet browser on their mobile device.
“We are giving Hawaii consumers a greater level of convenience and ease when they conduct research on insurance agents and companies with whom they seek to do business,” said Insurance Commissioner Gordon Ito. “With more people using their mobile devices to conduct business, the new user-friendly design will help the public easily obtain basic information and confirm that their insurance agent and company are licensed in this state.”
