Police in Nampa say they are investigating an increasing number of residential thefts involving appliances.
Nampa Police Lt. Eric Skoglund tells the Idaho Press-Tribune in a story on Saturday that thieves are taking refrigerators, oven ranges and other kitchen appliances.
Skoglund says neighbors should keep an eye on vacant properties and call police if they see any suspicious activity.
