Joyce Named Nautilus Insurance SVP of Claims
Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Nautilus Insurance Group, an E&S and specialty lines carrier and a member company of W. R. Berkley Corp., has announced two changes to the management team of the organization.
Michael J. Kilgas, who has served as senior vice president of Claims, will move to a new role as senior vice president of Special Projects and Operations. In this newly created position, Kilgas will oversee multiple projects within the company, as well as have involvement with driving operational objectives. Kilgas has been with Nautilus since 1987, and has 37 years of experience in the insurance industry.
Thomas Joyce is joining Nautilus in the role of senior vice president of Claims. Joyce is an insurance veteran with 30 years of claims industry experience.
