American Claims Management Named Marshall As New Company President
San Diego, CA, 03/18/2008 – American Claims Management has announced its new president, Scott Marshall. Marshall, a seasoned multi-line claims and managed care executive with over 22 years of experience, has officially joined ACM effective 03/05/08.
Marshall will oversee all aspects of American Claims Management including claims adjusting, administration and litigation as well as its data management services.
Marshall’s previous position was President of American Commercial Claims Administrators (ACCA) and Vice President of Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies (BHHC) claim department. His BHHC responsibilities included managing over 20 states and a staff of 320. His background includes managed care and leadership in large operations and he also currently serves on the Board of the Pacific Claims Executive Associations (PCEA), the Claim Committee of the California Workers’ Compensation Institute (CWCI) and the California Department of Insurance Advisory Board.
